This is one of the greats that is made in a single pot still at the Middleton distilleries. The oldest of the Irish whiskeys and possible the best. First it is put in sherry casks, then bourbon casks, and finally in Malaga wine casks to reach an unrivaled in my opinion flavor.

This is a classic Irish single pot still whiskey. Allow it to breath like a fine wine.
