I had no idea "good" and "bourbon" could co-exist. Very smooth, no alcohol burn normally associated with most hard spirits.

Pretty strong with a sharp bite. Not really for those who are just getting started in aged spirits but a good example of the better tenants of small batch bourbon for a reletively reasonable price

- Color
- A dark caramel or a medium steeped black tea.
- Nose
- Strong vanilla and some butterscotch hints
- Body
- Very smooth, coats well
- Palate
- Heavy caramel overtones,a bit fiery, possibly from the higher alcohol content. Slightly earthy with wood after.
- Finish
- Very clean, long lasting with a hint of bitter at the very end.
This was bought on a whim, I'd never tried it before and was ready for something different. This indeed provided a change. Very nice whisky. Quite smooth, despite the higher alcohol content. I'd buy it again.

- Color
- Medium amber, cognac colour
- Nose
- A spicey vanilla aroma with a caramel and sweet cream with spice compliment
- Body
- Very oily and heavy, but well balanced throughout
- Palate
- Nutty, with a melting feeling similar to pure-cane rock sugar
- Finish
- finishes long and warm with spice that's very clensing like nutmeg and cinnemon stirred into honey
This bourbon is probably one of the few smooth bourbons that still retains an enormous amount of flavor.

- Color
- certainly not golden, darker.... copper, darker yet than honey.
- Nose
- sweet oak.. quiet sweet, fruit and caramel..
- Body
- light to medium bodied.
- Palate
- Spicy, rye is present, oak and carcoal.. caramel... at 90.4 proof there is fleeting spirit present.
- Finish
- medium to long finish, certainly warm, malty. Alot of online reviews claim this as a top shelf whisky, at first i wasn't so sure, but after a few over a couple of days its only gotten more distinctive.
